South Florida Baptist Hospital

I had the pleasure of giving birth here early February. Nurse JoAnn Donaldson was the BEST!!!!! I held her hand the whole time I was pushing, she gave me so much comfort & reassurance. Even after giving birth she would check on me and my fiancé every chance she got. She made me feel so important!!!! Also Nurse Yesenia was pretty awesome. She was very sweet and was right there for my every need! I would highly recommend this hospital for labor & delivery. The staff is everything!!!

I was in a major car accident and I needed my broken wrist fixed along with my finger put back on. From the moment I got to the ER to the three surgeries and almost two weeks in the hospital every moment was amazing. All of my doctors and nurses where unbelievable just over the top. I can not thank them all enough. I highly recommend this hospital over and over again.

This was my second pregnancy and delivery with this hospital, and once again it was an amazing experience. I truly couldn’t complain about anything. My doctor during labor was wonderful, and all the nurses were so kind, attentive, and supportive. They made me feel safe, cared for, and comfortable during such an important moment in my life. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to any expecting mother.

From the moment we stepped foot in the ER, it was definitely a better experience than we have had at any other! Everything was extremely clean and everyone who interacted with us were all very caring about my daughter and made her feel comfortable! Dr. Beattie was absolutely wonderful when tending to my daughter and was sure to listen to my concerns and calm my nerves! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this hospital!

Overall kindness, friendliness & caring were missing. I was met with a steril, cold but respectful tone to my visit. My situation went from the ER into a surgery which was described as an observation inpatient stay. These things were not explained very well, or how this would be billed/listed in my insurance. Later receiving an email from my case manager, which looked like a part of my discharge paperwork that I never saw or signed. The most upsetting part of my experience was how my husband was treated. He was with me in the ER, then as I was taken to the surgery floor, he was asked to go back through a different entrance to get checked in. He was placed in the surgery waiting area, where no one told him anything about my surgery until he called on a phone with a sign 'call to aquire info
