After 5 years, I finally found the right provider who really spends time with their patients. I took my daughters here for the first time. They discussed every single thing about their health in detail. I am happy to switch to this provider. Thank you. They do follow up.

I’m currently pregnant and called this office last week to inquire about a newborn visit once the baby is born. The receptionist (I believe her name was Jocelyn) answered and said, “we don’t schedule appts until the baby is born” I was so caught off guard by her rude tone and short attitude that I couldn’t think of follow up questions. She didn’t offer up any other options or additional help. Didn’t tell me if they were accepting new patients. Didn’t ask what my insurance was and if they accepted it. If this encounter is a representation of what the care would be like in this office, then I’m not interested in pursuing anything further here.

Love this place, sadly this will be my last time here because I’ll be 21 next year but it depends because I have a disability and maybe I’ll stay here longer depending on the insurance, but I love this doctor office.

This is such a horrible office. They never pick up the phone and when they do they automatically place you on hold. They constantly do this. I’m not even sure how they operate. I get it they may be busy but seriously they have about 3-4 people working the front and not one can pick up and say “please hold?” I’ve been with this office for about 5 years & it has always been a bad experience. I’m not even sure why I stuck with them for so long. The doctors are great but the front staff needs to get it together.
