Waking into the facility was very welcoming. You are greeted by staff upon entering. Staff is happy to help. If they don't know an answer to a question they will find someone who does. Overall I am very impressed with the people and building. They truly care about the residents and family members. The CNA, nurses and kitchen staff really go above and beyond. The administrator is always willing and happy to help.

This long-term care facility truly feels like home. The staff consistently go above and beyond to treat residents with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. You can tell they care deeply, not just about medical needs, but about emotional well-being too. Communication with families is thoughtful and reassuring, and the environment is clean, calm, and welcoming. It’s comforting to know our loved ones are surrounded by people who truly care.

The Front desk , housekeeping staff, nurses ,PT, CNAs and maintenance were all very friendly, joyful and pleasantly bustling about their jobs. No one looked stressed. And the place was clean and odor free. The patients I visited looked well cared for and their beds were neatly made. Great job on behalf of everyone I saw working today on the rehab hall ❤️

South Campus Rehab has been a wonderful experience, especially when it comes to their physical therapy team. The therapists are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly care about helping people regain strength and independence. There is also a new Administrator, Brittan, who is already making amazing changes to improve the building and overall environment. We’ve had the opportunity to hear about an upcoming remodel, and it sounds very exciting and much needed. It’s clear there is a strong focus on growth, improvement, and resident care. I would absolutely recommend South Campus Rehab to others looking for quality therapy, nursing care and a facility that is moving in a positive direction.

The entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional. The administrative staff demonstrated a remarkable level of kindness and attentiveness. It was evident that they genuinely prioritize the well-being of both patients and colleagues. This dedication truly enhances the overall atmosphere. I highly recommend their services.
