Dr. Douglas Cotler at South Brunswick Animal Hospital was absolutely wonderful with my cat, Daisy. He was professional, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that he did whatever he could to keep the costs down while still providing great care. Daisy is usually very fractious at the vet, but he handled her calmly and she even allowed him to trim her nails, which he did complimentary. Can't say how grateful we are to have found South Brunswick Animal Hospital and Dr. Cotler. Lulu has been going to this vet since she was around 6 months. When she was little she injured her leg, and they were quick to make me an appointment and give her care. Any time I've had any questions they've given me undivided attention and helped me. My experience has always been positive, and Lulu absolutely loves going and greeting all the staff. Dr. Cotler has always given us the best recommendations, and you can tell he really cares about not only Lulu but also us (crazy first time dog parents!). We moved far, and saw a new vet near us but it was not the same! We came to the conclusion that we will make the drive to go to Lulu's favorite Vet instead.

This vet was excellent to me and my new puppy, Niko. The vet tech was very sweet and helpful. The Veterinarian, Dr. Mischel, was so good to myself and Niko. She was very professional, helpful, kind, and caring. Actually, the whole staff was great. I highly recommend using this Vet!

Great veterinary hospital with a very caring and professional team. From the admin staff to the techs and the veterinarians, everyone is very personable and they take the time to discuss any issue your pet may have. We have taken our dogs for annual physicals and dental cleanings for the past two years and never have any complaints. Dr. Cotler, Dr. Springstead, and Dr. Mitko are all excellent. Not to mention, the clinic itself is very inviting - not overly cold and clinical but with more of a warm and homey feel to it. Definitely recommend!
