We love a home owned local pharmacy. South Bend pharmacy has been ours for years. They are third generation and have earned our respect as services and counsel about our prescriptions have helped us immensely through the years. They are honest in all they do for us. The staff welcome us as we enter and help us if we don't know exactly what we need or where something is. Thank you South Bend Pharmacy for your long lasting care in our community.

South Bend Pharmacy is outstanding because the owner and clerks are local to a small community which they care about. The main pharmacist is very nice and all are very efficient. The whole area is so pretty - nice place to look around, get groceries, stop in the art coop.

An old school pharmacy and dry goods shop full of trinkets and goodies, toys and treats. The pharmacist and people at the front desk are very helpful and kind. In addition to the pharmacy they have a small but high quality selection of drugstore goods everything from fingernail polish to vitamins. Check out the bookcase for books you are unlikely to find anywhere else including one about a bear hunter whom the forest device eventually hired to manage bear hunting in the area. You can pay with a credit card - most other South Bend establishment only take cash. Thus pharmacy is family owned and run. The kind of place where everybody knows and cares about each other. It’s a rare breed today.

I went in to get a refill. It happened to be b for pain medication. I asked could I get a refill and never got a answer from the person behind the counter. The woman behind the counter to pay was very friendly and nice. The guy behind the prescription counter was not friendly or even informational. I don't understand why if you are getting pain meds you are treated like a second class citizen. The meds are prescribed by a doctor. Why do your people make me feel badly? Again the cashier in front was great it was the guy behind the prescription counter that never said a word to me
