Amazing service overall as a first timer. From the front counter team to the N.P. that took care of me. They will be there to help you out when you register, just make sure you have all the documents and insurance you will need. I recommend to call ahead if you have any questions about that. They know what is best for you. I am happy I went in and got taken care of. I feel all better!

I visited this urgent care for abdominal pain after calling ahead to ask about wait times. During the call, I was not informed that the clinic was also conducting high school physicals, which would significantly impact wait times. Upon arrival, I was checked in and instructed to complete my own intake forms on my phone while I was in visible distress and crying from pain. My husband had to complete them for me. I was then told the wait would be longer due to physicals being conducted. When I asked why this wasn’t mentioned during my phone call earlier, I did raise my voice out of frustration and pain, but I also turned and apologized to those around me. Another staff member later stated that physicals should not delay urgent care visits, which contradicted what I had been told at the fro

I have been to this Urgent Care 2 times and each time the moment you walk into this clinic you are greeted and helped immediately. The medical staff are amazing; they are quick, efficient, and friendly. I would recommend this place to any of my family members. Bonus points: The rooms are squeaky clean!

Very efficient like a well oiled machine. When I arrived they sent me a text with a link to register. I was able to fill it out decently quick and was called back shortly after they took vitals and then put me in a very clean and kept waiting room. The Dr and the NA came pretty quick and he diagnosed me with hives and they gave me two shots which was great because I wasn’t responding to allergy medication. What a sigh of relief. I was in and out in a flash (40 min total) and when I walked out they let me know they already sent my prescription to the pharmacy down the street. Very efficient and the Dr, NA and gal nurse who gave me a shot were all amazing and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it makes what is an uncomfortable situation so much easier.

I visited the urgent care center at 6 PM with my little one and was amazed by the exceptional staff. Despite the late hour, everyone was energetic and welcoming. They ensured that we didn’t have to wait long, even though the place was quite busy. The care and attention we received made us feel special. I highly recommend this urgent care center!
