I am always welcomed and treated with great respect and dignity. My hearing aids were cleaned and inspected. Tyler is quite thorough, very knowledgeable and also very kind. Kendra is a great assistant and receptionist. She greets with a smile, makes every effort to make me comfortable and works with me about any concerns I might have. I recommend Soundworks as a reliable and valued source for hearing aids. I've had mine for 10 years.
Kindra and Tyler are so professional. They have been so helpful in teaching me about cleaning and use of my hearing aids. They make sure everything is working properly! They continue to provide us with great support and service! They tweak my hearing aids as needed and will answer any questions I may have. They are always so kind and friendly! I do appreciate them very much! I'm so glad that I can see them locally!
