The staff is absolutely disgusting. Callie and the rest of the staff is extremely rude and nasty. Don't go there. Find a place where the staff is nicer, and treat the patients with respect.

I agree with other reviewer that staff is unprofessional. I scheduled an appt and they called to confirm two days before. At that time they asked me to go to the website to fill out forms. I wanted to make sure I had the right website and I was in front of my computer to I tried to find it with her on the phone and kept getting "site not found" and told her so. She was short with me, spelled "soundview" and told me to just come early to fill out the forms. I had already said my schedule was tight. I then googled Soundview Orthopedic and it came up. They spell orthopaedic differently than anyone else I have ever gone to which I pointed out to her. I said in the future it might be best to spell that word, since it is different, rather than soundview. She did not acknowledge as she co

This is one of the worse doctors offices I had the unfortunate experience to visit. The staff is extremely unprofessional and inflammatory. While I chose this doctor based on the fabulous reviews given here, it is simply a case of those not treated with respect and dignity failing to write. And given the treatment I received I am sure there are many I suffer from at least six of the conditions the doctor “claims” to specialize in, yet he barely gave me an exam. I feel sorry for those who fail to heed the seriousness which with I write this and fail to choose another doctor. Do yourself a major favor and continue to research for another doctor. Not worth your time or pain

Over the last several years Dr. Hutchins has replaced one of my hips and a knee. He is outstanding and I have found his office staff very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend them.
