Sound Relief is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised to learn my ear canals did not require cleaning after Dr Madison showed me the video camera so I could see the inside. I had a great hearing test that confirmed I will need hearing aids. My bass response is good but my high frequency response is definitely lacking. Lupe the office manager is super and expertly handled my checkout. I can’t recommend more highly.

Dr. Brown is extremely competent and knowledgeable. She explained how the brain works with relation to the ear, the various origins of hearing problems and the options for improving my hearing and reducing my tinnitus. I had the most thorough exam ever ( by a long shot) and all my questions were answered in detail. If you investigate Sound Relief's website, you'll see they are big on explanations for everything they do.

After many decades of drumming and taking every opportunity to see the awesome bands of my day, my tinnitus became more than a minor daily annoyance.
