I reached out about craniosacral therapy and asked what it consisted of. Instead of clearly explaining the service, I felt questioned about my personal history in a way that was intrusive, defensive and dismissive. I understand wanting to clarify goals, but the approach came across as defensive rather than supportive. For a healing service, warmth and a safe, compassionate demeanor are essential, and unfortunately that was non existent here.

I’ve been here twice for the 60 minute Swedish massage with foot treatment. Love the space and my massage therapist Elizabeth’s technique is fantastic! Very affordable too. Such a better experience than Massage Envy! Highly recommend.
