My daughter saw her for a very long time for difficult acne, and I saw her too. I saw another review mentioning “rude.” I’m super sceptical, this lady is one of the NICEST most caring and competent medical professionals I’ve ever had help me and my family.

I saw Dr. Sorenson for mild acne, and she was very rude about it. She acted impressed by how "amazing" my skin looked, and it was very obvious how fake she was. She was NOT taking my concerns seriously, and I could tell by the tone in her voice that she did not understand why I felt I needed to see her. I felt like she thought I was being vain, but that's not it at all. I have a mental health disorder where I pick at my skin. I sometimes even using sharp objects like scissors to dig at what my brain perceives as "imperfections." It's compulsive and I can't control it, but I know what my triggers are. Acne and clogged, oily pores is one of them. I can't even wear makeup because of it. After seeing her twice I want a dermatologist who actually cares about my concerns and mental health. Not o

Ally has been amazing!!! I've taken both of my kids and have referred my friends and family to her. She is so nice, takes the time to know you and understand your concerns. I would highly recommend her.

Ally is an amazing dermatologist. She is so kind and understanding and has been really, truly helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to take my daughter to her again.
