Everyone Ive encountered there, from the front desk person, to the assistant, and hygienist, is very warm, caring and welcoming. They all actually seem to like their jobs and each other, which says a lot, and that helped immediately to put me at ease. Dr Nichols herself, is also very caring and gentle, and thoroughly explained everything. The appointments run on time, and yet I never felt rushed. She administered a virtually painless novacaine injection! While going to the dentist will never be something I enjoy, this office has taken a great deal of anxiety away, and I highly recommend them!

Dr .Sophia Nichols and here staff are above and beyond excellent. As a patient of this office I always have experienced excellent results. The entire staff is the utmost professionals. Besides Dr. Sophia being an excellent dentist, she also is concerned about the patients overall health and wellbeing. Dr.Sophia was concerned that I may have a sleep apnea issue. I rectified this issue and several other concerns. Overall everything was rectified. I cannot thank the staff enough. Kudos to all of the staff. They always do a good cleaning. Quick and on time. I can do without the pushy oversell of “checkup x-rays” however.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nichols for that past 15 years. She is very warm, caring, and gentle and uses the latest technology to make the process painless. Her staff is terrific and the office and equipment are always clean and sanitized. She gave me a brilliant smile and helped me regain my confidence.

I just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Nichols and her staff. She was so incredibly comforting so compassionate and made my 4 hour appointment feel like I was part of her family. Amy is beyond talented in her skills and chatted with me during the whole process and made me not hate going to the dentist. Thank you all for such an amazing experience ❤️
