I’m am very disappointed in the lack of respect the management staff has for the residents. This building has had extensive mold problems. They have been slowly dealing and correcting this issue. This has been ongoing for months. This has involved uprooting residents from their apartments, moving them to a temporary apartment. In my mother’s case she received a letter telling her she would be moved back to her regular apartment today. She was excited by this news because she has not had hot water for several days and she has not had television. We packed everything personal and she waited all afternoon. She went to the front desk and they told her they knew nothing about this. She called me around 8:00 p.m. and said she guessed they were not coming. She is 91 years old, her mind i
