Connie is a terrible receptionist. I call the several times to see if the referral I sent in from a doctor's office was acceptable and she never got back to me. When I went into the office for my hearing test she was so confused and didn't know how to help the two patients who were waiting as well as I was I'm not sure if there was an audiologist there but after I had this hearing test I went into a room with a woman with blonde hair who is so unfriendly and all she wanted to do was sell me hearing aids. This place is a total joke and of course there are only about money. Stay away as far as possible

My insurance approved and sent me here. I met with Cherie Murray. The first thing she said is "did you think you were getting hearing aids today because you're not". Then she proceeded to insult me saying "your insurance is for low-income people and we don't take that". I said why did you take this appointment and get all my insurance info weeks ago. This company and woman are very unprofessional and rude. Then she tried to sell me some aids for $2500. Cherie insulted me, my insurance company, and wasted 1/2 my day.
