Sweet caring doctors. But personally a thank you to Adriana I believe was her name. From the moment we stepped in the building she reassured my husband he's doing good and it's ok. Her personality and great attitude definitely made our day a lot better and we truly appreciate it with everything negatively already happening. Her positivity warmed our hearts and also the attention to our little one no matter how standoffish he was.

I was in a terrible car accident the week before Christmas. Dr. Adam Ross was on call and treating my complex, dislocated ankle fracture, wrist fracture and sternum fracture. I was taken to surgery and underwent an external stabilizer placement. I was seen weekly by Dr. Ross and his team and was given tenacious, thorough, and an individualized care plan. Although I was in a wheelchair for two months, and had to learn how to walk again, I couldn't have imagined the outcome if it was for not for Dr. Ross. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and his associates. I received excellent care. As a Primary Care Doctor, I often refer my patients here for orthopedic care. Thank you again for your expertise and getting me back on my feet!

Dr Ross is great. His warm smile makes you feel good. His expertise is the best! I’d recommend him highly. But his front desk & assistants are very poor & not friendly to patients. You phone there & get voicemail loops that goes on & on. No receptionist answers. Why don’t they answer the phones? I’ve been in there, they are sitting there maybe doing computer work but not answering calls. If you answer this review by saying you don’t agree, that’s fine it’s the truth. Do a better job for your patients who may not be feeling well.
