They took the time to answer my questions, explain the process clearly, and make sure I felt confident in my decision. What stood out most was how welcoming and supportive everyone was. The team made the entire experience feel much less stressful, and I appreciated their attention to detail and care. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend Sono Bello to anyone looking for a team that is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly focused on patient care.

I believe it would be beneficial for the clinic to inform patients in advance that they may face a wait time of one to three hours, depending on their position in line. I don't understand the need to schedule four or five patients for the same time slot, knowing that the consultation typically requires a significant amount of time. While I appreciate that the consultation is provided for free, the process could be made more efficient and professional to enhance the overall experience. I don’t even want to come back.
