Dr Cavett and her staff have been doing my eye care for 3 years now. I'm completely happy with the exceptional care that I have received. I have extensive controlled medical problems and have been on numerous potentially damaging medications for my chronic illnesses and feel completely cared for by Dr Cavette and her team. Looking Forward to another visit coming up.

This office has been in Greenville for over 20 years. My family started out with this office over 20 years. I know in the beginning starting a business it's hard work, but now this office has rude staff in front and need more training on how to bill insurance. I called today to be seen for a emergency with my eye. I have really good insurance and this office is paid well from my insurance for my eye exams. I have came in before on only paid my copay for medical. I was told I would have to pay the full price for the visit and get reimbursed by my insurance. I couldn't believe this office would do a patient of o er 20 years that way. It seems it's about money not the patients
