Shira is an extraordinary physical therapist/healer. She really listens to what you need and has multiple modalities to address your issues. Her work is profoundly healing. I especially benefitted from her lymphatic drainage treatment for my swollen ankle. She is the first therapist that reduced my swelling. It's really unusual to find a therapist with Shira's sensitivity and advanced training.
