My family has been coming here for several years and we have been generally satisfied with the dental hygienists and the checkups. What we haven't been satisfied with is the front desk. Today they took it too far, they asked me to sign a form agreeing to a $75 charge for no show or failure to cancel within 24 hours. I agreed to sign the paper, even though we have never been a no show. The form requested credit card information including card number, expiration date, and security code I did not feel comfortable putting all that down on a piece of paper and having no control of it. The lady at the front desk told me that it was the dentists policy and if I refused to leave the card info on file then they would pre-charge $75... even though we have never been late or a no show.
