Sona Pharmacy - Asheville

My best pharmacy ever!!! Lovely staff, pleasant place to shop, relax and have a cup of coffee if you're waiting on medication. Your medication is usually ready when you walk in. I love this place, especially when your doctor is right next door! Dr. Mayu Roberts is one of the best doctors in Asheville if not in the whole NC. She's great, takes her time to listen and a wonderful personality. ❤️

I have been in awe of the friendliness and competency of your staff. I had a career in HR, and I compliment you folks on staff selection and training in excellent customer service! You set the standard and I always look forward to going in your store knowing I will leave satisfied with excellent counsel and products!

I have never had better service at a pharmacy in my entire life. The texting option for refills is incredible: a real human responds to you within an hour, if not within a couple of minutes, to give you updates on your prescriptions. Then, I've had to wait at most 10 minutes in line through the drive through to pick up. It's literally never been easier. Fast, convenient and courteous - I know Walgreens is going through it so don't blame their actual employees, but Sona is a breath of fresh air after never being able to reach a person, having prescriptions delayed for days, or waiting in line for over an hour to pick up at other pharmacies. If you're close to a Sona, use them.

Locally owned pharmacy, with warm, helpful service, welcoming environment, and a wide range of medical and nutritional products at reasonable prices. I wish Sona would open a location near Leicester Hwy to serve west Asheville, but it's worth the drive to east Asheville to support this business while I get my family's prescriptions. Please open a west Asheville location soon! 🙏

Such a nice place, staff so friendly. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. They were able to check my prescriptions in different plans to get the best price.
