The doctor was great and his assistant, Becky, was equally as wonderful. I had 10 teeth painlessly removed in a matter of minutes. The key to a quick recovery is icing the area for 20 minutes a few times a day for the first couple of days. Highly recommend this office.

Horrible oral surgean. Horrible billing practices. They wont tell you what they will do even when you have a referral from another dentist. After 10 minutes of examination and an x-ray (which they already had from referring dentist) you will get a bill for over $600. Stay away from them.

Dr. Alan Hecht was amazing! I felt like he was very educational on what I needed done and cared about my anxiety/well-being during the whole procedure. He truly was a great doctor! -2 star not because of him but because the rude assistant/nurse Rebecca. Absolutely one of the nastiest staff I have ever encountered. Nasty and rude right off the bat before I even spoke a word to her she had an attitude. I went to this office 3 different times because I had issues w my wisdom teeth and every time I went she had a horrible attitude and absolutely no bedside manner. As someone who works in healthcare, her behavior caught me very off guard each time I encountered her and I really can’t believe she still has a job here with how she speaks and interacts with patients. Dr. Alan and his team are absolutely wonderful the are extremely patient and understanding to patients needs and concerns , the answer all of your questions even if you ask 1000 times . I am so happy I found Somerset oral , they are without a doubt the best oral surgery group I have ever been to I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank to Dr Alan and his nurses they are all so wonderful !!

I had the pleasure of being under the great care of Dr. Hecht and his team for the removal of my wisdom teeth recently. Not only did they make the scheduling process effortless, but the overall check-in and procedure were timely and more comfortable than I thought possible. I was sent home with clear instructions for the days to follow the procedure and received a follow-up message checking in on me the day after. I had multiple friends and family members comment on the lack of excessive swelling and bruising, which I can only attribute to the skillful work of Dr. Hecht. Overall, I am 3 days away for being 2 weeks post-procedure and I already feel close to 100%.
