Update: Two months later, and after calling the number in the reply several times, we are still receiving a bill for an “office visit” for a doctor that he didn’t even see. He didn’t see a doctor at all. How can you bill charges for a doctor visit that didn’t even happen? Update: After leaving SOMC that day, we went to a different urgent care center through another hospital network in another town. TOTALLY different experience! He was taken back immediately. Guess what? My husband had a broken finger and needed stitches. He’s been wearing a splint for weeks. So, that’s how urgent his injury was that SOMC just ignored and didn’t acknowledge one bit, the entire time he was there. If you’re getting labs done, Noah Wolf is EXCELLENT!!! Myself and a few other family members have had to have labs done and we always get excited to see when it’s him doing it, he’s so nice and his work is quick and painless. Out of anyone we have ever had do labs of any kind at any facility Noah has been by far the BEST EVER!

I was there a few weeks ago getting my blood work done and Noah Wolfe drawed my blood and done a fantastic job! Only had to poke me 1 time! He has the best Bedside manners! I will definitely make sure he is there if I ever have to get my blood work done again. In my opinion he deserves a raise he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything

Thank you for the Excellent service at SOMC Waverly! I had laboratory services completed and Noah did a fantastic job. He made me feel comfortable, I didn't feel the needle stick at all, no pain or discomfort during the procedure, no bruising afterwards. I was treated well by all staff from start to finish!
