Unfortunately as a consumer and a new client I had higher hopes for this local business, unfortunately I am left feeling hopeless, scammed, and frustrated. It started back in December when I bought a "Reiki Massage" off of Groupon as a Christmas gift. After already paying for two I quickly learned that this was not a massage but more of a spiritual cleansing, even though it was advertised as such. No big deal we'll give it a go and try the session it's fine to try new things. Well my wife went once and was trying to use the other coupon session we have and go again, at first there were no issues but lately I am unable to get anyone to pick up the phone, we had an appointment that was cancelled on the businesses behalf and we were asked to please reschedule, it has now been a month and I ha

A family member purchased a Groupon on my behalf and first called to check that prenatal massages were an option. She was led to believe it was, so she purchased the Groupon and made the appointment. Upon arriving at my appointment I was told that prenatal massages were not covered under the Groupon (which is does not say on the fine print!). The receptionist was incredibly rude and completely unapologetic. Initially I wanted to give to the voucher to someone else who could use it but I don’t even want anyone to step foot in there so we will just take the loss and never consider this place in the future.

I purchased a Groupon for a family member. She is 7 months pregnant with two young children. I bought this so that she could enjoy a STRESS FREE hour as a bday gift. I called Somatic prior to purchasing the Groupon and spoke with a very nice and helpful woman. I asked her if they do prenatal massage and was told, “Yes, absolutely!” I told her I wanted to buy a Groupon and asked her if this would be okay - to buy one of the options to use for a prenatal massage instead. I was told “Yes, not a problem!” Again all very nice and happy and helpful and confirmed all of this to be ok. This is why I called to see if they would be willing to do this. I then asked which massage would be the closest to this type of massage. I was told to buy a Swedish massage. This woman told me to get this option.

Jonathan is AMAZING! Ive had many massages over the years & no one has gotten in to the knots in my shoulders to release them like he did. I cant wait to go back!

Great place with amazing people. My massage was awesome, And I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks.
