I had such an amazing experience at Soma! From the moment I walked through the door, Assistant Store Manager Tracy greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could help. That alone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. To top it off, the music playing in the store had some of my favorite jams, which made the whole shopping experience even better! Then I met my bra expert, Jerdine, and she was absolutely divine. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and never overbearing. She truly took the time to understand the type of support I was looking for. Went in with my daughter to find some good bras. We were greeted promptly by Tracey and she was so so helpful! She measured us both, asked what we were looking for in a bra and got to work bringing us different kinds to try. If we weren’t sure of the fit she was great at offering us her professional opinion. Wow I had such a wonderful experience here! I absolutely dread bra shopping but Meryl made my experience bra shopping a breeze. She was very patient and kind, bringing me various bras until I found the 3 perfect bras for me. I came in with a unsupportive/unflattering bra and left with bras that support me + make me look great! This is the first time I went bra shopping and left with a smile on my face. Excellent customer service, I regret not remembering the names of the sales women on the floor today. They were all very helpful and friendly, it was my first time in a Soma store and I was expecting to have to hop to other stores to find my particular size and specifications but they saved me the time and showed me exactly what I needed. Bought everything I needed in this store alone, no need to look elsewhere. Looking forward to shopping there again :)
