I had an excellent experience at this office! Kley Garcia is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. She helped me get a note for my mom immediately for the airlines, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend her and this office. A special thank you to Dr. Adrian Quintana for taking such great care of my mom. Overall, this office provides outstanding service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical care.

I have been a patient for years Dr. Adrian is amazing . He is very knowledgeable and caring! The only negative thing is the trying to get an appointment is a hassle. The royal palm office never answers the phone. I’ve been calling for 2 days. It seems better customer service is needed

Today I had one of the best experiences in the medical field in my lifetime. I contacted the office in Royal Palm Beach and was attended by Camila Gamarra. She helped me set up appointments and provided me with all the necessary information that I requested, but that is not what made the experience unique. What made the experience amazing was the way she communicated with me and the attention to detail that I was given by her. She gave me some of the best customer service that I have ever received. I work in the banking industry and if given the opportunity I would hire her in the supervisory role as she demonstrated high level service skills and the ability to make the patient feel at home and as part of a family. Soma scheduled my moms appointment for a Saturday, their website states their open Saturday’s but their actually closed. I have doubts about how their staff and office manager runs this office. Their headquarters location in forest hills is much more professional.

This place is amazing! I had such a great experience here. The wait was not long at all, and they really take their time and are very personable. The staff is so nice! They really make you feel comfortable by taking their time to explain things and ask questions and it just shows they care. Oriana and Lisette were the nurses that attended me, and Karla Aragon was the doctor I saw. They are all great!
