Victor and everyone at SDL have been amazing in every way. I almost exclusively use their emax crowns for single unit restorations and 99% of the time, they are a perfect fit with little to no adjustments ever needed. I am so pleased with the service and quality from this lab for removable and crown and bridge. I have done business with them for several years. They truly go the extra mile to make sure your patients are happy. Most recently, I had a patient with a very difficult shade for anterior crowns and Victor met with my patient multiple times to ensure they got it right. Lauri is great at troubleshooting and answering questions for all types of removable, even implant retained. Victor and Lauri are very knowledgeable and personable. The website is easy to use to help keep track of cases and pay a bill. The fees are reasonable and turn around times are very accurate. They always try to accommodate special circumstances and rush cases. You won’t be disappointed!
