Dr. Poole moved here, so I went to see him again. He is the BEST CHIRO I HAVE EVER SEEN. And I’ve been to a lot them. I was so worried when I saw his building was closed, but am so glad he’s still practicing and just moved. He is very patient with me letting me share everything that’s going on. And doesn’t just crack my neck. In fact, I don’t think he’s ever cracked my neck because he can tell my body isn’t ready for it. My intake appnt was very long and thorough, with him checking my range or motion, strength, weaknesses, pain and everything. He will do x-rays too if needed. He truly cares about me as a person with a body that is all connected. And that means knowing that a big adjustment isn’t always what I need to be healing. I have a couple of problems with the office, but I will focus on billing today. My wife started visiting Soloway after her regular person retired and it has been a mixed bag since. My issue is that currently every time she visits the office, I receive a claim from my HSA when she has her own she pays with. When trying to find out why and get it rectified their biller was not returning calls. When she mentioned it at the office and was given an email address to follow-up with, I guess the woman was not happy with the persistence since was very rude to her. During the call the woman basically said, “I don’t know what you want me to do about it” and shortly after hung up the phone. If you don’t like your job or have the temperance for it find something else to do.

The staff here is amazing. Greg has been helping me with my aches and pain for years to his acupuncture and acupressure techniques. Vanessa and Tanya provides muscular manipulationthat helps prep my body for Dr. Grant’s chiropractic adjustments. I am so grateful to this office.

My first time visiting Dr Soloway. He really took the time to understand my issues and body before doing anything. A definite thumbs up and I know I’ll return!
