Wonderful facility. Dean really knows how to get the most out of his team. I think this building is definitely a place that your family member or you could thrive in should you ever need short term skilled nursing care and rehab.

Management is very unprofessional. They sleep on Clock all day and no department ever answers the phone so if you’d like to be in touch with people who are responsible for your loved ones this is not the nursing home for you.

Great atmosphere at this facility. Yo I can really feel the positivity and purpose from the staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer this premium product to a friend or family member in their time of need.

This place doesn't care about you in the least. Except for a few people working here they are not interested in solving problems just offering up excuses. Do no put your love one here if you care about them. If you have a legitimate complaint then you are labeled difficult and perhaps you should find another place. Trying my hardest to get out of here

The nursing/CNA staff are mostly caring, although there are not enough of them for the number of residents that are living there-- this is for- profit health care, after all. Your loved one will wait and wait for assistance when they call for it. The rehabilitation/PT/OT staff have a few nice people, but the majority are mean girls (Hi Melissa, Lori and Nikki!) who hate their jobs and the elders that they are there to help. My mom avoided COVID for 4 years, but contracted it at Solomons Nursing Center from a nurse named Danielle who coughed all over my mom and her roommate. My mom was dead within a month. In contrast, my dad is a resident of Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, which is so much nicer (don’t trust the reviews slamming it). It’s clean, and the staff i
