Upon arrival the receptionist was actually my dentist-Jess; who is absolutely amazing! And the other (didn’t catch her name) was super friendly and efficient with answering and booking my Moms appointment, as we’ve been with Solomon for a couple of years. My experience today was amazing, sucks that I can only see Jess 6 months at a time but she is compassionate, friendly and super careful with my teeth, I trust her with my life haha. She is attentive and gentle. They went above and beyond with helping me get a mouth guard all in the same appointment. Ms powers is efficient and lovely as always and I love coming here. I will only go where Jess goes! I love this location.

Dr. Powers and the entire team at Solomons are AMAZING. I was a walk-in and they made sure I was taken care of as fast as possible! I was very self conscious about my situation and they all made sure I left there extremely happy and confident. They were so very nice, their prices are unbeatable, and they made it the best Dental experience I have ever had. I have boasted about them to everyone I talk to and a few have already made appointments to go to Solomons. I can say without a doubt I will never go anywhere else! If you’re reading this stop wasting time and go make an appointment or just walk-in, you will not regret it.

I had X-rays, a routine cleaning and exam and felt genuinely cared for the entire time. The team is warm, attentive, and professional, and even saw a new dentist -whom I also love & am so glad she took time to explain everything clearly without rushing just as my previous dentist would have. It’s clear they value relationships and long-term trust. So grateful to have found this office.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally complain about the extremely unprofessional and frustrating customer service I received when contacting Solomon Dental at the Mount Pleasant office located at 3102 N Main Hwy. From the start of the call, the representative did not actively listen to understand my concerns. Instead, she listened only to respond, which caused me to repeat myself multiple times. After finally restating my availability for the second time, she abruptly transferred my call to a call-forward answering service.
