I love SoLo and all the help I get from Dr. Jessica Chan and her staff members. Highly recommend this expert eye doc and really appreciate help from other staff members in terms of various eye tests and helping me choose glasses.

She took the time to listen, checked multiple locations to help me find what I needed, and carefully worked through my account details to solve the problem. I’ve been a patient here for a little over two years. Fabulous doctor, friendly staff, kind smiles, and clean office! The last two times I’ve shopped for my frames, the ladies were SO helpful, so accommodating, so lovely, and big jokesters! So welcoming. I’m writing this review the day after Christmas, and I wanna say— No one wants to work after the holidays!! I totally get it. What a bummer to have spent a fun time with friends and family and having to come into work. Been there! I went in to shop for my frames and I greeted the staff, they were uninterested. I asked them “Is it OK if I put the frames back? Do you want me to place them somewhere if I’ve touched them?” A mere response, “No that’s fine”. Dr. Chan is the best - she explains everything very clearly. I also don't think I've been to an optometrist before like Dr. Chan who asks about whole body health and then ties that info back into your eye health. Plus Solo Eye Care has super modern tech to assess your eyes' health. Highly recommend!

Dr Jessica Chan is so caring and customizes your eye exam to your unique needs. As a -9.00, I immediately noticed the benefit of having my -1.25 astigmatism corrected. She is a leader in myopia management and great with kids of all ages! And huge shout out to the technician who did phenomenal with my retina photos!
