called ahead and asked if they could d see me immediately: the answer was -yes. went to the location in Beverly Hillls. Was greeted with a smile; given insurance request information; lead to an efficient exam room. Everything from the entrance to the room pleasant and immaculate.The nurse was pleasant, asked questions, took notes and brought in the Dr. problem addressed, medication suggested and applied,I was sent home. The following day I received a phone call from Solis to check up on me; very amazed and pleased they would take the time and effort to make that call. Emergency at 3Am. Only a nurse practitioner and a nurse to take care of severe cuts. No physician as advertised. Didn’t bother to call plastic surgeon as they should have

it’s $4k per year for a membership. Don’t accidentally come here if you’re looking for urgent care and not willing to pay that

Sollis feels like the Ritz Carlton or Peninsula Hotel of Doctors offices not only because the office is beautiful but more importantly because the service is truly impeccable. I went for the first time yesterday and from the moment I walked in the front door I was treated like I was their most important patient. I made an appointment within hours of visiting and thrilled that a doctors office exists that treats patients in a manner that creates a memorable experience. As a bonus, I experienced absolutely no waiting time while I was there. Like staying at a Ritz Carlton or the Peninsula I look forward to my next stay and at Sollis I look forward to my next visit. Wish I could give Sollis more than 5 stars because for me this is the Gold standard.

I signed up my entire family for Sollis care and it has been a lifesaver! They have been attentive on so many levels. Whether it is the middle of the night phone calls needing medical advice regarding my children, or assessing and managing my father in law's debilitating back pain with a STAT MRI, the staff was welcoming, thorough, and efficient. Where else can you receive excellent medical care without waiting hours in your standard Emergency Room? Investing in my family's health care has been by far one of the best decisions we have made. I could not recommend them highly enough!
