I am so grateful to have found Cailey as a PT therapist. I had a traumatic birth and difficult recovery, and Cailey brought so much empathy, caring, knowledge, and healing to each of my sessions with her. It's so evident that she truly cares about each person she works with, and she made such a difference in my physical (and even emotional!) healing. I will certainly work with her again for future pregnancies / postpartum and highly recommend!

Cailey is a phenomenal pelvic floor PT. She has helped me in more ways than I can count. She is compassionate, diligent, and so very intelligent. She incorporates very thorough assessments, tailored exercises, dry needling, and even gives you homework to work on. She has shared so many tools with me that I will continue to use for the rest of my life. I have developed better breathing techniques and actually feel connected to my pelvic floor for the first time in my life. She is a Godsend. I have seen five different pelvic floor therapists over the last several years. Caren and Cailey have helped me far more than any other therapists I have seen. I honestly can’t say one is better than the other; but I have found that their individual skill sets complement each other extremely well. I now alternate my appointments between the two and couldn’t be happier. They are also extremely thorough in communicating with each other, so I know that whoever I see will be fully up to date on my situation. Solis has completely changed my life over the last few months. I’d been dealing with pelvic floor pain for a while, and it was honestly a really frustrating and embarrassing experience.
