Had the pleasure to speak with Katy, Emily, and Annemarie from the therapy department today regarding the plan of care for my loved one. I found Katy and her team to be professional, empathetic and fully engaged in the care of my family member. We were able to strategize and come up with options that best served the interests and needs of my loved one. I would give this team 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I walked away feeling my family member was in the very best hands. If this is an indication of the type of commitment to service I can expect from Solaris, I believe we have found the perfect residence for our mother's long term care needs.

I could have given a 5 rating if not for 1 or 2 rotten tomatoes in a team. The good thing is that, the unit manager takes care of the issue once he/she gets it. They'll call back ASAP in order to correct the issue. The mgt team; Admin (Tammy, Jackie & Nicole), Nursing, PT (Sandy, Shauntel) , Kitchen (Lexi) esp the Social Worker's Dept (Sarah, Taminesha, Brooke) are excellent! They're very professional w/ excellent service. Also, eager to know our concerns so they can correct asap. I commend them for that. Most (if not all) of their skilled nurses, CNA's & PT's are patient oriented in which my 95 yrs old father admiring them for he felt the care they provide for him except for 1-2 instances since his 6-week stay in rehab. Our close family friend was admitted here . The facility is a bit old and there's construction ongoing in the first floor for a while now. We were told therapy will be done there. The staff is very helpful and the nurses are attentive for any questions. There's technical personnel on the weekends as well. The beautiful secretary on the 100 floor that is there on the weekends is such a professional and kind person. We had so many questions and she managed to juggle both the phone calls and us. So far so good. Thank you everyone.

I came for Victoria‘s birthday party and it was very nice. Her brother and sister. Our daughter set it up and some of the workers showed up to Celebrate with her. It was really sweet.

We just want to send a heartfelt thank you for all you did to make our Dad’s 100th birthday so special - for him and for his whole family! All the people you pulled together to honor him were so meaningful, from a representative from the VFW to the Mayor of Apopka, to a wonderful entertainer who sang and played the guitar - and the cake frosted in blue and yellow, Navy colors, to honor his service. You thought of everything to make his birthday festive.
