The quality of care at Dr Caracitas’ Solara Primary is the best I’ve experienced, and I’m pushing 60. I really like their app because it contains all of my information in one place, from test results to appointment reminders. 👍🏻 Office staff is hard-working and, from what I can tell on the other side of the counter, very supportive of one another as they assist patients. Best part, Dr Caracitas is attentive, observant, persevering, informed by data, and at the same time, friendly and easy to talk to. That’s how it’s done! 🙌🏻

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Healthcare Experience Ever I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Solara Health NJ at Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick was so frustrating and unacceptable that I feel compelled to warn others. I was referred for a radiology scan on my kidney due to concerning blood work results. After completing the scan, I waited nearly a full week with no follow-up. I called the office **daily—sometimes twice a day—**desperately trying to get someone to update me. I was completely ignored until I had to escalate the issue through my insurance provider, who finally got someone from the office to call me back. That’s not all. I am a new patient here, I was extremely nervous as I was with my former PCP for 2.5 decades. I seen Dr. Acharya, she was very nice, personable and cared to learn about me. Secondly, the Lab (LabCorp) staff - April - she is incredible. I am not good with blood and a pass out risk, she made sure I was comfortable, took her time, made sure I was safe and did what she does best. After nearly 30 years to switch to a whole new practice and meet new people and have to explain your medical history to start new is difficult enough, but everyone there was incredibly helpful and understanding.

I am a new patient of Dr Caracitas and I am extremely pleased with my experience at Solara Health. The nurse who assisted in getting my medical history was very patient and meticulous in getting all my information online. Dr Caracitas took time to review my records and discussed the details with me. I felt that she really cares about her patients’ wellbeing and gave suggestions in a very positive way.

Dr. Caracitas and all the secretaries, nurses and phlebotomists I encountered were absolutely wonderful. They listened to me attentively, did not rush the appointment, and went to extra effort to ensure all my needs were met. 10/10 bedside manner and communication.
