I had a massage yesterday at Solace Embrace and it was an excellent experience. Tamika Hayes was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand which areas needed work and my pressure preferences. Her technique was strong and intentional. She helped relieve tight muscles, improve my range of motion, and incorporated lymphatic drainage, which made a noticeable difference. After the session, she provided water and reminded me to hydrate, which I appreciated. Highly recommend Tamika Hayes if you’re looking for a skilled and attentive massage therapist.
