This is an honest review regarding a professionalism and communication lapse at this clinic. My wife and I transferred our dental records from a clinic in Brookline to this practice. We completed all requested paperwork, answered all intake questions, and ensured that our previous clinic sent over all relevant records and X-rays for both of us. We then presented for a routine cleaning, which was uneventful. Several weeks later, we received a bill indicating that a “comprehensive exam” had been performed and was not covered by our insurance. When I contacted the office to clarify, the receptionist repeatedly stated, “How would we know that you already had a comprehensive exam done elsewhere?” This response reflects a breakdown in professional process. Dr. bidabadi’s office In Newton is the main location I go to, but I had some issues from past work arise along with a work incident that cracked a couple teeth, so I was in need of some major repair and came to Brighton office as I needed some specialist work down as well. I needed 2 crowns, 2 root canals and a cap. I had veneers from the past that cracked and needed crowned, and over the years colors change. But, just liken before, Dr. Bidabadi and staff not only replaced them like they were never done, but matched up the color perfectly, and I mean perfect! Then, Dr. Jacobson I saw for my root canals, and I had to get 2 done at the same time because of work scheduling conflicts. So, I was trying to prepare myself for the next couple after doing a fairly major procedure like this…but

This is, by far, the best dental practice I have ever been to. The staff is caring and professional. Dr. B really cares about her patients health and well-being. The ladies at the front desk (shout out to Nancy and Laura!) are amazing, they go the extra mile for patients and always make me laugh! My cleanings are thorough and painless, yet fast.
