Social Circle nursing home really treated my mom bad. Please reach out to me before putting your love one here. I had spoke to the head lady there multiple times I told her my mom’s condition and she assured me they would take her when they had a bed ready. I went by a few weeks ago because I had called and emailed and left numerous messages just wanting someone to tell me something no ever responded it took me going up there in person to get an answer. These folks I heard were one of the best. But the way they treated my mom is unacceptable. Good luck on dealing with them.

My father has been in several rehab centers, and Social Circle stands out. The therapy team is top-notch and really worked with him to get stronger every day. They treated him with kindness and patience, never rushing the process. He also enjoyed the meals and said the portions were generous. The environment is peaceful and welcoming. We highly recommend it to anyone needing long-term care.

This facility is a true blessing for our family. The environment is calm and welcoming, with a strong sense of community. I always feel good leaving my loved one here because I know they’re being looked after with kindness. The meals are well-balanced and nutritious. They also do a great job involving residents in activities. We’re so thankful we found this place.

Social Circle nursing and rehab could not have done a better job with my mom. She was there for both inpatient rehab and long-term care. My mom was one of the lucky ones to be able to come back home because of the care she received at this facility. Everyone from the director, to nursing, to PT and OT, to transport were Exceptional in the care they delivered.
