I'm sorry you can't find me. I have been there before and it was really great. The problem came when I tried to get another appointment. I guess I didn't tip Susan enough because she went out of way to NEVER accommodate us with another appointment. It's quite alright though I am no longer needing your services. I bought my mother a gift certificate for an hour massage from SO zen for Mother's Day, but unfortunately she was never able to enjoy it. Susan kept calling my mother to reschedule her massage for a total of three times before the date of the final appointment was set. When my mother forgot the time of the massage and missed it by 30 minutes, once she realized her mistake she called right away and was extremely frazzled and apologetic. Being Licensed Massage Therapist's ourselves, we know from experience just how much a missed appointment can be annoying and we never intentionally miss our appointments with other therapists. Unfortunately Susan was not very understanding of the situation and said that my mother would be charged the whole amount for the missed appointment even though it w

Susan is fantastic!! I broke my neck years ago and am in constant pain. I also injured my hip falling off my deck and then got sciatica from loading storage bins prior to our cross-country move to Tennessee. She was able to work some major kinks out of my neck and shoulders and ease my hip pain. The sciatica will just need rest and time. Not much else can be done about that. She was able to identify some trouble spots in my neck and shoulders and worked them for quite a long time and it was wonderful!
