I’ve frequented this office for quite a long time, and have had loads of work done by Dr. Pecht (root canals, cleanings, etc.), and there was a period of time where I didn’t need anything done as I haven’t been having any issues. Fast forward to today, 7/2/25 I broke my tooth a couple days ago and it’s causing me excruciating pain. I call in for an appointment only to be told “it’s been too long since you’ve been here, we can’t see you” which makes absolutely zero sense. Looks like every single other review is correct, and you should stay void of this place. Allow me to also add on, around the year of 2022, is when I first saw Dr. Pecht in which he performed a root canal for me. I really like the dentist and he is worth the drive. During my last visit, to save money by not employing hygienist, the dentist cleaned my teeth! I enjoyed the conversation about spirituality with him. Unfortunately, he isn’t a talented hygienist. He wasn’t juggle suction, water and tools. I had debris throughout my mouth. After flossing at home, I found a few areas he missed.

The absolutely most gentle dentist I have ever met. He put me at ease and answered all my questions without judgemental. I have had the most horrific experiences with waking up during oral surgery, etc. This place treats you like a person, not a payment. I would recommend him to anyone, especially those afraid of the dentist.

My worst dental experience ever. The clinic's equipment is very poor (in terms of instruments and various devices). The doctor works on the flow and does not worry about quality. The tooth after the filling is not even, rough, or smooth. The doctor does not polish after cutting off the filling. I hope I never go back there. I don't understand the rave reviews.

Refused to let me schedule an appointment due a balance on my account from 2 years ago which is the last time I went which I understand however I didn’t know about the balance when I asked how I could pay that balance they could not help me and made up another reason as to why they could not schedule me. I havent been there in YEARS. There’s no reason to not schedule someone in pain. Whoever picked up the phone had no empathy and was not willing to work with me at all.
