waited to go back as a walk in as expected for an urgent care, but check in was seamless, everyone was nice and Dr. Sarah was wonderful. Once I was called back, I was seen quickly and promptly, diagnosed and on my way, and followed up with. Had a great experience. It's flu season, so it's a busy time of year and my expectations were exceeded.

I have had positive experiences here. Ear check for myself and bad cough check for my 2nd grade daughter. Both times I had a 15-20min wait and really good service. No issues to share. Clean environment Good service with appointments and walk-ins. Efficient response time Each doctor took their time and didn’t rush us out the door quickly. Throughly tested for strep throat and quality service.

I’m kinda pissed we walked in there at 732 and she said “we take our last patient at 7:30 and we’re at our capacity” The sign outside says they are currently open and online and everywhere says they are supposed to close at 8. There was literally no one in there. That’s messed up. My son has a bad ear infection and that’s the soonest I could get him there. Edited to add, I have no problem with this place, I’ve been here many times, but that woman who was at the front desk at 7:30 on Monday June 30 is who I have a problem with.

Go to an actual Doctor if you can. Waited over an hour, and the provider insisted I needed antibiotics when I absolutely didn’t. A few days after my appointment here I went to my primary care doctor and she seemed baffled why anyone would prescribe me antibiotics. Anyways, this place could be good for something very minor but if your looking for any real medical expertise do not come here

I have come in here many times since opening. Dr. Sarah and her staff are amazing. They make you feel comfortable, they are very nice and do a good job explaining to you what is going on in a way you can understand. Thank you guys and gals for making a wonderful environment for people in need
