We’ve had a great experience at this pediatric clinic. The office is always clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The staff is very professional, patient, and takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly. They also make both parents and kids feel comfortable during the visit. We’re very grateful to have found such a caring and dedicated pediatrician. We definitely recommend this clinic to other families looking for great pediatric care. 😊

Sniffles & Giggles is truly a great place! The entire staff is friendly, patient, and professional from the moment you walk in. Mrs. Daphne, the nurse practitioner, is absolutely remarkable. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel genuinely cared for. You can tell she loves what she does. I’ve never had any issues before, but I’m not happy with their reliance on call center and all their automated stuff. I scheduled an appointment because I got tested positive for the flu and since I’m around my son all the time I took him to make sure he didn’t have it. I explained my concerns and the main reason, which was getting him tested.I was feeling really bad but I didn’t have another person to take him, when I arrived, the waiting was long as usual and when it was finally our turn, the nurse told me that they didn’t have any flu test (I wish they would said this on the phone). When the doctor saw my son she was nice but she didn’t know it wasn’t any flu test and she took me to the front to see other options, but before that, she checked my son and told me that he had an ear infect

They are the best office staff! I have brought my daughter to see them since she was a newborn she is now 4! Even during vaccines it was a great experience and the staff is so supportive!
