All the staff is very professional and makes sure you understand everything they are doing. Dr. Patel took his time explaining everything to me and answering my questions. He even took the time to teach his staff during my procedure to ensure they were providing the best care possible. My previous dentist retired and I’m so glad I found this office because I realized my old dentist equipment was very outdated. Smyrna Dentist Office has newer technology and a great system for appointment reminders and check in.

This year I changed insurance coverages and they sent me a list of "in network" Dentists offices in and around Smyrna. On the list was Smyrna Dental office. I called and made an appointment. It was easy, I was scheduled a few days out. The experience on the inside was just truly amazing! Great office , Jada made check in easy and quick. Dr. Hererro was very enthusiastic and thorough with my exam. Shes a great dentist. Tahvia did a good job with my cleaning. She was fast and made sure I was satisfied. Nia was a great dental assistant that made sure I was comfortable through the whole process especially the X-Rays. I loved this team and the office made me feel like family.

Went in for new patient exam and cleaning. The office is bright and everyone was friendly. The DA Nia came out to greet me and take me back for x-rays. Nia was gentle, patient, and reassuring confirming it wasn't painful as I have a smaller mouth and sometimes the bite equipment can hurt. Dr Hererro came in and discussed my recommended treatment, letting me know I would need a root canal, and explained what to expect. Since my appointment was end of day I scheduled for follow up and got a cleaning with Tahvia, she was fast and appointment was seamless. I was given quotes with options for payment and schedule dates. Everyone from front desk, staff, and Drs in the office seemed jovial and happy. The mood of the office really makes a difference in the experience! Would recommend this

Before I share my experience, it’s important to know that I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. Going to the dentist has always been a scary experience for me, except for my visit to Smyrna Dentist. On January 19, 2026, I arrived at Smyrna Dentist and was immediately welcomed by two lovely young ladies at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Even the other patients in the waiting area were polite and pleasant, which helped put me at ease. My doctor, Dr. Herrero, and her assistant, Nia, were absolutely amazing.
