Very friendly and helpful specialty pharmacy. Since a lot of the medications here are not covered by insurance, be sure to confirm you are okay with the cost. They often need your confirmation before they fill the Rx.

Honestly, these guys were the best, nicest part of my medical experience. Incredible customer service. They never charged me shipping (which was very much appreciated, because I was paying thousands for the drugs). And when FedEx lost a package and would only talk to the shipping party, Northridge went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I would never use anyone else for specialty meds.

Horrible experience. 1) Price changed by $1000 depending on who I asked. 2) Box was poorly packaged and arrived open. 3) Called to inform them of my concern: open box and possibility of tampering. The manager could only repeatedly tell me that they’ve never had any problems before and that they can follow up with Fedex to see if the box was in their possession the entire time. How does that help me? Had to fight tooth and nail to get one medication that was not in a tamper proof container to be resent. 4) I had to be home for this delivery, but their courier missed 2 planned delivery times and showed up on a later date unannounced. He said that he was not told of my delivery until after the 2nd missed delivery and did not know that his truck carried my medication until it was too late to d

I went to drop off a new prescription this morning and the new pharmacist told me my insurance wouldn't pay for it. I asked for a reason, and they would not give one. After telling me it'd still be only $20, I left expecting to have my medication filled. 15 minutes later I was given a call that the owner of the pharmacy wouldn't fill my prescription because it was too expensive to order. I had to drive back and pick up my prescription again. When I asked why my insurance wouldn't reimburse the cost, she would not answer me, and refused to order it even if I paid her cost. When I asked where my usual pharmacist was, I was yelled at that this sort of issue is why she had to fire the pharmacist I am used to.
