Great nursing home. Always such wonderful staff . Lots of long term help. When you walk in lynette n holly are always so helpful. I drive for caravan and bring residents in and out of this place . Beautiful decorated now for Christmas. Proud of this place. Good job to the staff all areas

My Dad is in the nursing home and the staff are friendly and caring. I'm glad he has good care. And the residents are fun to visit with as well as the staff.

The staff at SMP have been amazing with my father in memory care. They truly care about their residents. I would highly recommend this facility.

Recently place my husband in a private room at their facility and love it. The room is very large with a large bathroom and shower. It is a comfortable place for family to visit with my husband during his final days.

I came to the Rose Wood to visit my aunt she's been there for many years she had a stroke and they take very very good care of her it's a wonderful place the People Are Awesome everyone I met were absolutely lovely I wish they had more places like this but they were clean and actually took care of their patients they're kind of considerate and they all had smiles and it was very clean I must add if you have a loved one that needs extra care consider this place I wish this place was in Sioux City Iowa to love my for my grandmother to be there
