I wouldn’t send my dog here. Blaming patients because your practice is closing is unacceptable. Let’s take accountability for our poor practice management. That’s where it starts. Speaking to patients in the manner I was spoken to is highly unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the practice. A complaint has been filed.

Kara White at Smokey Mountain Primary Care is outstanding. She actually listens, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. Her follow-through is excellent—labs, referrals, and messages are handled promptly—and she’s warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The whole visit felt efficient and respectful. Highly recommend Kara and this clinic.

Kim Chambers doesn’t care about her job. She will call you a liar. She will ban you from her office and then she will continuously try to bill you… she doesn’t communicate to you or her team. She denied me care and called me a liar before ever even having a real conversation with me or asking about my issues. Her team had already given me suggestions for things and she called her team a liar and tried to tell me it would be a waste of time because she can already tell my body won’t qualify. I was in oversized clothing that day. I then had to go get another primary care physician and they almost immediately found a 1.5 cm gallstone… Kim is lucky I don’t serve her for malpractice. She could have helped but she didn’t want to. It’s that simple. She doesn’t care.

The Nurse Practitioners, Kara White and Kim Chambers are phenomenal at what they do as they are not only thorough but also personable. The staff are also helpful and professional. I always feel cared for, never judged. They offer great self pay rates, accept a variety of health insurance and once you’re an established patient they are willing to work with you regarding any costs/fees due if you’re unable to pay the full balance. The only thing I do wish they would provide is the ability to complete paperwork online. I also think this may help the office with the overwhelming amount of actual paperwork. Overall, if you’re looking for a primary care provider, I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Primary Care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wish I could give 10 ⭐⭐⭐. I saw Dr. White this morning for my very first appointment. She was OUTSTANDING!!!!! She is very thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns, discuss things with me, come up with a solution make me feel so much better. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. It takes a lot to impress me and she certainly did. I left there feeling better about myself, better than I have in years!! My outlook on things is so much brighter and I have great home my life and health with definitely be improving. I can't imagine why there'd ever be a negative review for her or her office.
