Smith's Pharmacy

Went to get my blood pressure medicine. Just because my name changed cuz I got married . The lady Maria pharmacy was no help at all. Asked how I paid for it I said I have insurance. Well the name didn’t Match. Maria could’ve called my doctor or change my name but it was like she was annoyed to help me. Last time I had an issue Denise from the pharmacy helped me out I give her 5 stars . Maybe Maria should go to customer service classes cuz she is not nice at all .

Very professional very courteous me and my wife drive a semi out of Georgia she ran out of her diabetic medicine the pharmacist called our pharmacy in Georgia and filled her prescription thank you all so much

Asked my doctor to call in a new birth control prescription here since we're temporarily living close by. I need specific brand name pills and, knowing my doctor had specified that on the prescription, picked it up without double-checking that it was the right pills. Got home and they had given me a generic... Called Smith's Pharmacy and asked them about it and they said that the prescription did specify brand necessary, but there was a section that hadn't been filled out correctly on the prescription that was what allowed them to bill the brand name to the insurance...so why didn't they let me or the doctor know this before giving me something else so that it could have been fixed?? Reached out to my doctor again, who was willing to call the pharmacy and get the issue fixed without a prob

The tech was very rude. I called the day before to refill. I drive an hour to get there. She said it would take 4-5 hours.
