Smith's Pharmacy

What I love about Smith's is the unique garden products that no other market sells. The fresh fruit is always fresh. The place is clean and the staff is always looking to help you. Smith stores should always be the first place anyone goes for their complete shopping experience

Made appointments for vaccines. They went over 30 minutes past our appointment time. If the vaccinations do not work in the pharmacy workflow then take walk ins, but don't set appointments. With appts made at other pharmacies, we were able to get them within 5 min. We were unable to make other obligations because of this.

I have always had a pleasant, friendly experience at this location. Taylor and Ivy, and all the staff are great, reminding me of benefits, and even calling me when I dropped something leaving, before I reached my car, and making sure I received it when I returned! It a very busy location, and I appreciate all of them for their kindness and patience! Thank you!

I went to pick up a prescription inhaler. Because it wasn't ready yet, I decided I would just come back the next morning. I go back and they tell me it was picked up yesterday. Obviously that didn't happen because I can't take a full breath. From their perspective, maybe they think I'm crazy or am trying to steal something. But I didn't have to argue or anything they just worked it out and I got my inhaler. Though the pharmacy might want to check their staff for incompetence or thievery.

I have been using this pharmacy for well over 10 years and had been completely happy with this place. Last year I was diagnosed with cancer and the number of my prescriptions went up. My partner or I were there 6-7 times a month and we have never been treated so rudely, callously and with abhorrent disregard to my feelings or conditions. Every single month there was an issue or fight over one prescription or another or one of the techs was blatantly rude or disrespectful. One tech went so far as to insinuate that I might be addicted to pain pills while I was going through chemotherapy, even though I was taking the tramadol to the letter and as prescribed. This pharmacy is disrespectful and completely apathetic to the human condition.
