Smith's Pharmacy

Great service. Jumping through 20 hoops on the computer tends to take a while, but it's easy to see the staff does their best. Lisa was excellent with helping me get some medicine for my child today. Will continue to use this pharmacy while I live in the neighborhood.

Terrible service, incompetent staff, incapable of picking up a phone to call you if there is an issue, they would rather you make several trips back and forth when you are sick to get your prescriptions that were all sent to them at the same time. Claimed because they didn't have insurance on file, which they did, they selectively filled certain prescriptions, but not all. No phone call at all.

The Skye Canyon Smith's Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever used. All of the people there really care about the customers and their health. And even if I am not stopping at the pharmacy, there's always a smile or friendly wave from them!

We were in the line at the drive-through at Smiths Skye Canyon and there was 10 minutes left before they closed for lunch. As the last car in line pulled up to the window they pulled down the CLOSED sign right in front of them!!! THERE WAS STILL 10 MINUTES LEFT!! We were absolutely shocked! How rude and inconsiderate can you possibly be???. Malia was the girl at the window....SHAME on you.

The pharmacy is always friendly and professional. Drive thru is a plus.
