Smith's Pharmacy

I love Smith’s pharmacist Hailey and the rest of the girls, Brianna, Drea and Nancy! Always friendly, professional and willing to explain side effects and concerns of any new meds!

If I can put zero stars I would. The people are extremely rude and lie about meds not being ready or received. They hold medications days after ur supposed to get them. Im completely disgusted with how they treat their customers. I highly recommend people do not go to this pharmacy unless u like being disrespected and treated like ur a drug addict🙄 ZERO star pharmacy

Perhaps, I've been fortunate whatever the reason or case may be. However, I have not received any bad or unfriendly experiences at Smith's Pharmacy. I'm thankful for their prices and their promptness to fill a prescription. There's a new(?) pharmacist. He's a younger male pharmacist who's very courteous and professional. He answered my questions a couple of times and I certainly believe he does an excellent job. I hope he will stay long term. We definitely need the nice professionals to stay in our small city.

Watch your credit cards! Mine was fraudulently used here. I had my card on file with the pharmacy for picking up prescriptions and it was charged for someone else's prescription. They refuse to investigate how it happened. Had to cancel my card and get a new one. Employees put the blame on me and said I "must have got gas" and that's why there is a charge on my card.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 60+ yrs. I waited for 3 days for my prescription to be filled,, finally on the 4th day I called inquiring about the script only to be put on hold and forgotten about. When I called back only to be hung up on. Called back and was informed that they were not able to fill the script. You would think they could of given a courtesy call to inform me of the situation. Shows how little they care about their clientele. And to add insult to injury,,, they were very rude.
