Smith's Pharmacy

Been a client for nearly 15 years now. Overall great pharmacy. Would have given it five stars because of exceptional longtime staff - like Jillian and Erica - but there are a couple "brainless wonders" working there who mess up my prescription and don't know how to apply a discount card EVERY TIME they are involved in my order. I have learned to ask or someone else if they answer the phone and often when they're at the pick-up register, also complained to competent staff and they did what they could but they're not in charge of hiring and scheduling. Despite these challenges, it's the best there is in this small city with limited options. I wish they had longer hours but that's a small trade-off for normally exemplary service and fair prices without insurance. I recommend the Bullhead City

Incompetent staff. Been going there for over a year. EVERY time they have messed up the different prescriptions, lied and made excuses. I'm done! Avoid at ALL cost! Even the Pharmacist lied to my Doctors office!

Took a prescription in to be transferred. Dropped it off. Went back 24 hours later and it wasn't started. Went back 2 days later and the tech was just rude. Stood there for about 2 minutes before she said anything, and then she acted like I was an annoyance.
